Silver Trading Company (STC) is a bullion dealing company, which buys, as well as, sells precious metals bullion to and from the public.  If or when you are ready to sell or liquidate, all or a portion of your precious metal portfolio, please call us at 318-470-7291 or e-mail us at llabord@aol.com, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central Time.  We will then give you a trade number and tell you where to ship your bullion on a case-by-case basis.  If we request you to ship your bullion to us, our shipping address is:

Although customers selling bullion products to Silver Trading Company (STC) are responsible for all shipping and handling costs, we can assist in making shipping arrangements. Please contact us so we can assist you. Some restrictions may apply.


Customers:
If you prefer to deliver your precious metals to us in person, you must first call us to set up an appointment.  We are located in Shreveport, Louisiana. Our hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (M-F).

We are always looking for new inventory and do accept trade-ins. Please consult your tax advisor before making bullion investment or liquidation decisions.

Packaging Your Shipment:
We highly recommend that you review the link above before packaging your shipment.  When you call us and confirm your order and receive a trade number, we will give you specific instructions on where to ship items. Also, you must register and fully insure your package, and include a detailed packing slip of contents with your contact information, such as your name, address and best phone number to reach you.

Price Lock:
We indicate prices on our website, but market movements may occur more rapidly than updates allow. Because precious metals prices change by the minute, all orders must by placed by telephone, so that prices can be locked in at the prevailing market. Prompt shipment is required; metals must be postmarked or shipped within a day of locking your price.

Purchase Order Cancellation Policy:
When you sell your metals to us, you enter into a binding contractual agreement with Silver Trading Company to ship all of the agreed precious metals to us. Should you wish to liquidate the trade, or you do not ship the metals within a day, Silver Trading Company will liquidate your position based on the prevailing market purchase price at the time of cancellation. You will be liable for any difference in the event of a market loss.

Consignments:
We do accept consignments on occasion. Please contact us, and we will be happy to discuss what you have in mind.

Confidentiality:
We keep all transactions confidential, and do not report to any 3rd parties, except to satisfy government cash reporting requirements for dealers under federal regulations.
