DOMESTIC ORDERS
  • The minimum domestic order is $1,000, which is not subject to sales tax. All domestic palladium orders less than 10 ounces are subject to a slightly higher premium per item and additional shipping charges.
  •  Free shipping & handling on all palladium orders of 10 ounces or more, and are shipped directly to you via insured U.S. mail or common carrier.
  • Price and premiums are subject to change.  Please see the spot palladium ask price above and on each product's page. Be sure to "refresh" or "reload" each page to get updated spot prices.
  • Please add 1.5% commission to all domestic orders. Our minimum commission is $25 U.S. dollars on any one order. 
  • Allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery of normal domestic orders.
  • Allow 8 to 12 weeks for delivery of N.W.T. orders, since these products are struck on demand.

Domestic Ordering & Shipping Procedures:
  1. Call, fax, or e-mail (llabord@gmail.com) us for a firm quote.
  2. Place a buy order.
  3. Receive a trade number and then, the deal is final.
  4. Send certified funds within 24 hours via an overnight carrier or a bank wire transfer.
  5. After receipt of your payment, your order will be shipped directly to your designated shipping point by an insured carrier.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
  • The minimum international order is 15 ounces of palladium or more, plus additional shipping and handling charges.
  • Prices and premiums are subject to change.  Please see the spot palladium ask price above and on each product's page. Be sure to "reload" or "refresh" the screen to get updated spot prices.
  • Please add 2.0% commission to all international (export) orders. Our minimum commission is $25 U.S. dollars on any one order. 
  • Please be advised that the U.S. does not charge an export tax on international shipments; therefore, you are responsible for determining and paying any and all local taxes, V.A.T., or import duty which may be applicable in your country.

International Ordering & Shipping Procedures:
